These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HDM SocialDesk (the "Service"), operated by HDM Business Automations ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
HDM SocialDesk is a social-media scheduling and publishing tool. It lets you upload media, compose captions, and schedule or publish posts to social-media accounts you own or manage and choose to connect (such as your Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, WhatsApp and other supported channels).
You may only connect social-media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account, you authorise us to publish content to those accounts on your behalf and at your instruction, using Meta's official APIs. Your use of connected platforms is also subject to those platforms' own terms, including the Meta Terms and community standards. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with them.
The same applies when you connect YouTube, LinkedIn or X: we publish only what you schedule, through each platform's official API, and your use is subject to the LinkedIn User Agreement and the X Terms of Service. SocialDesk uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that put connected platforms at risk.
You retain all ownership of the media and captions you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process (for example, resize images) and transmit that content solely to provide the Service — that is, to publish it to the accounts you connect. We do not use your uploaded media to train AI models.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis, which may include a free trial. Fees, billing periods and the activation process are communicated to you at sign-up or on request. Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Publishing depends on third-party platforms (such as Meta) that are outside our control; we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or account actions they take.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
